At Kits.mt , we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For personalised products (such as custom names, numbers, or patches), processing may take longer depending on the level of customisation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Malta & International Orders
Standard Shipping: 9–19 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We occasionally offer Free Shipping on eligible orders or promotional offers.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, or personalised products.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Kits.mt is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping Restrictions

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kits.mt cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your parcel is delayed due to the shipping carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we appreciate your patience while the carrier completes delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Kits.mt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
